Barbecue Celebrating a 40th BirthdayCMC worked in a horse stall within a newly finished barn to serve well over 100 friends and family. Faith and her staff worked with a pig roasting vendor and were able to incorporate family recipes to create a unique experience and a relaxing atmosphere. The individual desserts were provided by a local baker and replaced a traditional cake. Thanks to CMC there was a birthday celebration that won't soon be forgotten. Appetizers: Shrimp Cocktail with Tangy Cocktail Sauce, Domestic and Imported Cheese Board with Assorted Crackers and Fresh Berry Garnish and Salted Mixed Nuts. Art Walk Appetizers CMC has created an inviting atmosphere for multiple art galleries from Livingston to Bozeman with hand made hors d’oeuvres for window shoppers to enjoy as they wander through the open house. Faith used fresh, gourmet ingredients in a mix of hot and cold appetizers to please every palate. Quote: “the quality was excellent and the presentation complimented the event” Sheila K. At this event we grilled on site for an annual company picnic and produced a fun atmosphere for all to enjoy. The fare was appropriate for a summer BBQ and the setting was also fitting for everyone to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Intimate Dinner for 2 in Their Home One in home event was prepared for a couple celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. For them it was much more satisfying to enjoy an intimate meal in their own home, at their table with a chef who created a meal exactly as they wanted. Because the husband was unable to eat sugar, Faith made a dessert that they could both enjoy together; it was a tremendous hit. The evening was a success - an anniversary not soon to be forgotten.
