Pricing If timing of event changes, prices will be adjusted accordingly. All events require a 50% non-refundable deposit of estimated costs due at time of contract signing, the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Bookings will be secured upon receipt of deposit accompanied by the signed Policies and Procedures. An on-site fee of $100.00 minimum will apply to all catered functions. A delivery fee will apply to all drop-off events. Mileage may be charged depending on location and style of event. Method of Payment Two forms of payment accepted are checks and cash. Checks are to be made payable to: Crazy Mountain Catering Gratuity Pricing does not include gratuity. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client. Menu Options Menus are subject to change and are based upon availability and freshness of products. CMC will do our best to accommodate any guests over the guarantee number, however we do not guarantee the exact menu. Leftover Food Policy Any and all leftover food items are the property of Crazy Mountain Catering and will be left for the guests’ enjoyment at the discretion of CMC personnel. Guest Guarantee We require that you confirm the final guarantee number of guests to be attending no later than 7 days prior to the function. If the guarantee is not received by the designated date, your last estimated number of guests will be considered your final guarantee and you will be charged for this number or the actual number whichever is greater. If there is an increase in the number of guests after the 7 day deadline the client will be responsible for paying the per person price for the overage and exact menu is not guaranteed. Dietary Restrictions CMC will do our best to accommodate any needs pertaining to dietary restrictions or preferences if notified at time of contract signing or before. Staffing With advanced notice additional service staff may be available for an additional cost. Depending on style of event, if china is used a staffing charge may apply. Rentals Any items rented that are required to meet the demands of the event will be booked in the client’s name and billed separately. CMC will arrange for all rentals and a 12% service charge will be applied. Alcoholic Beverages All alcoholic beverages, including service, must be provided by other sources (references available upon request). Cancellation Policy Before initial deposit is received cancellation may be received at any time. After initial deposit is received any refund of deposit is left to the discretion of CMC. The refund will be based on expenses incurred and amount of deposit paid and will be no less than 10% of original amount. Arrangements to unlock the building(s) and room(s) that the function is being held in are the responsibility of the client. |
